Lusty's commitment towards our customers and product regarding warranty & returns?

Lusty Industries are proud to distribute some of the most effective and high quality product known in the industry, we place our loyal and extensive dealer network and customers at the top of our priority list. At Lusty we are dedicated in providing premium customer service and support for all our distributed products in any way possible. Lusty offer warranty inspections on all our products and endevour to offer a prompt resolution and or outcome on any items that are deemed warrantable and or defective, and are repaired to original standards or alternatively replaced in a timely manner.

Warranty policys?

The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.
Warranty policies may vary between brands and products so please ensure you check your warranty policy prior to claiming any potential warranty.


Where do I return an item for warranty?

Our amzing network of more than 2,000 dealers across Australia are dedicated to assist with all customer returns. They are proficient in the Lusty warranty & returns process. For any returns, customers must contact the dealer they purchased the product from.

What document(s) are required for warranty?

To return any product, the original receipt is required, showing that the item is within the warranty period (Please note that the warranty period may vary between brands and products).

Lusty Warranty & Returns Process:

  1. If the product was purchased from a dealer, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the product from

  2. Provide the dealer with the original receipt along with the product with the claimed defect

  3. The dealer will assess the condition of the product and ensure the item is clean

  4. If deemed warrantable the dealer will contact Lusty Industries and obtain a return authorization number (RA) in order to be inspected

  5. Lusty will inspect the product then repair or replace the product pending inspection and warranty policy

  6. Lusty will return the product to your dealer in a timely manner pending inspection and outcome of claim
  7. The dealer will re-check the condition of the product and confirm the outcome of the inspection

  8. Collect your product at your convenience from your chosen dealer

Disclaimer:

All warranty inspection/s will require a return authorization number (RA) in order to be inspected. If the product was purchased from a dealer, the dealer must contact Lusty Industries directly in order to receive a RA number.

Lusty Industries requires all items sent in for repair must be clean.
All products sent to us for warranty inspection should be sent prepaid freight and insured. Lusty Industries will not be held responsible for lost packages.
You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
