Long spindles are 5mm longer than standard.
Special note: This item will not fit Stamp 7 or 11 pedals   

The kit includes:

  • Refresh kit (enduro catridge bearings, igus ll-glide bearings, dss double seal system: internal and external seals, hex alloy end caps, o-rings, nuts, sleeve bushings, & bearing removal tool).
