Newcastle, NSW OCTOBER 1ST, 2013 - Lusty Industries and Distributors athletes Graeme Mudd and Rick Boyer who attended the 2013 Red Ass NSW State Downhill Championships in Lithgow. Lusty Industries and Distributors athletes Graeme Mudd and Rick Boyer attended the 2013 Red Ass NSW State Downhill Championships in Lithgow. Both athletes rode extremely well to finish in the top 10.
Graeme Mudd was looking to be the tipped favourite for the title, with strong performances in the previous rounds. He was certainly looking fast in practice but so too was young Andrew Crimmins, who had been pushing out some good qualifiers in previous rounds only to miss out on the conversion. Times would be tight on sunday. Below them, there seemed to be an almost endless supply of dangermen, who, if they had put in the training time, could easily upset the balance of the podium. Solid names like Ben Cory, Brendan Moon, Rick Boyer, Cody Eichorn, Ryan Hunt, Matt Dodd, Ben Power and Phil Piazza. Graeme Mudd finished 2nd overall for the event with Ricky Boyer finishing in 8th.
